Definitions

Online Store – a website with an address on the Internet.

Customer – an individual or legal entity placing an order.

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms constitute a public offer in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Placing an Order

2.3. The Customer's Order can be placed on the website of the Online Store.

If the Customer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Product, the Customer must contact the Seller for clarification before placing the Order.

3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery is carried out electronically through the user's personal account in the online store.

4. Payment for the Product
4.1. The Customer may change prices for products in the Online Store unilaterally. However, the price of the ordered Product remains unchanged.
4.2. The Seller has the right to provide discounts on the Product and establish a bonus program. Types of discounts, bonuses, the procedure, and conditions of accrual are indicated on the website of the Online Store and may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
4.3. Prices for the products on our Online Store are indicated in US dollars, euros, and hryvnia. The user can choose any convenient currency for payment. Prices in the currency are published for informational purposes.

5. Product Returns
5.1. Digital products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
5.2. Given the specifics of digital products and in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the Customer has no possibility to refuse the purchase and cannot make a return of a digital product after its purchase.
5.3. In case of defects or malfunctions of the digital product, the Customer can contact the support service using the provided contact information.

6. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Information
6.1. When registering in the Online Store, the Customer provides the following information:
The Customer's pseudonym or their name and surname (at the Customer's choice).
Email address.
6.2. The Seller uses the information provided by the Customer in the following cases:
To fulfill its obligations to the Customer;
To analyze the operation of the Online Store;
To send the Customer advertising and informational messages.
6.3. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Customer. The provision of information by the Seller to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Seller to fulfill their obligations to the Customer is not a violation, but only to the extent necessary to fulfill their obligations.
6.4. Disclosure of information in accordance with justified and applicable legal requirements is not a violation.
6.5. The Seller has the right to use "cookies" technology. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
6.6. The Seller receives information about the visitor's IP address to the Online Store. This information is not used to identify the visitor's identity.

7. Other Conditions
7.1. In case of questions and claims from the Customer, they should contact the Seller using the contact information provided on the website of the Online Store. The parties will seek to resolve all disputes through negotiations, and if an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. The invalidity of any provision of these Terms by a court does not affect the validity of other provisions.
7.3. All textual information and graphic images posted on the website of the Online Store are the property of the Seller and/or its contractors.
7.4. All rights to the modules published on the opencartadmin.com online store belong to the developers of the opencartadmin.com online store.
7.5. Reselling the module without the author's consent is prohibited.
