Definitions

5.2. Given the specifics of digital products and in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the Customer has no possibility to refuse the purchase and cannot make a return of a digital product after its purchase.
5.3. In case of defects or malfunctions of the digital product, the Customer can contact the support service using the provided contact information.
6. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Information
6.1. When registering in the Online Store, the Customer provides the following information:

7. Other Conditions

The parties will seek to resolve all disputes through negotiations, and if an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. The invalidity of any provision of these Terms by a court does not affect the validity of other provisions.
7.3. All textual information and graphic images posted on the website of the Online Store are the property of the Seller and/or its contractors.
